All ideas mentioned in my autobiography enable me to know more about students academic achievements: identifying existing problems and developing solutions.

3. Evaluating and Organizing effective solutions into Book and Video
I organized the most effective solutions and let them evaluate by English Language Lecturer and some selected students.
Finally, re-organize and publish them as book and video that have the following 4 general features.

These solutions should be and could be made reach students in 4 different mechanisms:1. Book form: 3 ways:
- hard copy
- ebook online
- ebook offline
- blog with a lot of internal and external links
- pdf (to be read offline)
- video (motivational video... offline and online)
- handouts
- worksheets
- lectures
I have tested all the above four mechanisms theoretically, practically and empirically except the fourth one (Video lectures and education apps).
