All ideas mentioned in my autobiography enable me to know more about students academic achievements: identifying existing problems and developing solutions.

1. Existing Problems: 2 key points:

Identifying and categorizing
I was able to identify drawbacks of students and also that of the books they study for academic achievements. Not only to identify but also categorize them under four categories.
1.1. Drawbacks Related to Subject Matter
1.2. Drawbacks Related to Learning Strategies
1.3. Drawbacks Related to Practice
1.4. Drawback Related to Self-efficacy

2. Solutions: Come up with solutions having 4 steps

I was able to give solutions that have passed through 4 steps.

3. Evaluating and Organizing effective solutions into Book and Video
I organized the most effective solutions and let them evaluate by English Language Lecturer and some selected students.

Finally, re-organize and publish them as book and video that have the following 4 general features.

1. Subject matter
2. Practice
3. Learning Strategies
4. Self-efficacy/ Visionary

4. Mechanisms: 4 How they should and could reach students

These solutions should be and could be made reach students in 4 different mechanisms:
1. Book form: 3 ways:
  • hard copy
  • ebook online
  • ebook offline
2. Online: 3 ways
  • blog with a lot of internal and external links
  • pdf (to be read offline)
  • video (motivational video... offline and online)
3. Face-to-face: 3 ways
  • handouts
  • worksheets
  • lectures
4. Video lectures and education apps
I have tested all the above four mechanisms theoretically, practically and empirically except the fourth one (Video lectures and education apps).
